Talent Bridge and AGIOS are internal platforms used by Turing teams to manage the talent lifecycle: getting people started, handling talent movements, and closing out engagements. My work was part of a client engagement through Cloudzenia, with end-to-end ownership of Talent Transfer.
MY CONTRIBUTION- Owned the Talent Transfer feature end-to-end, supporting thousands of daily talent movements with a focus on reliability and consistent records.
- Built and maintained modules supporting onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- Worked with QA to resolve edge cases, address high-priority issues, and prepare releases.
Ownership of a business-critical feature, full-stack delivery, and attention to production reliability.
